IntroductionAutopathy deals with the studies of methods
and mechanism of healing arts of organism with the help of its own resources i.e. specific Immune Proteins' Peptides. Herewith
the Autopathy differs from all other arts of healing wherein supports are provided to the diseased organism to assist self-healing
process or by substituting the need of the body. Autopathy broadly classifies three groups of immune proteins peptides in
healthy or diseased conditions.They are - ALFA immune proteins' peptides, - BETA immune proteins peptides and -GAMA immune
proteins' peptides fractions. These peptides are easily and sufficiently isolated from blood with the help of Ig PCR (i.e.
Immunoglobulin Peptides Change Reaction) process, a very easy procedure yielding sufficient quantity of the required peptide
fractions. Its identification and the sequence of precipetations are self-defining. For the first time in the medical/applied
biological science Immunoglobulin Proteins' Peptides have been broadly and clearly shown relation with pathological events
& its therapeutic role. It is this Autopathy which has clearly identified the store housing of these immune peptides,
and its cytoembryological correlation in different tissues and organs of human being.
Autopathy deals with the

fractions. Herewith the Autopathy differs from all other arts of healing, where in supports are provided to the diseased organism,
e. g. Allopathy, Homoeopahy, etc. to assist self healing process or by substituting the need of the body.
It is well-established
fact that in course of phylogenesis each organism worked out adequate defence mechanism to fight with external and internal
environmental subjects capable of causing harm to its cells/Tissues/Organs/Anatomophysiological system/systems, or to the
whole Organism. Most adequate expression of this defence mechanism has been variedly shown in immunology- Immediate or delayed
reaction, Hyperergism/Anaphylactic reaction, T & B cells dependent reactions, inadequate immunity or Immunity deficiency
etc. In Behavioural science (Neurology) defence mechanism of each individual has rather been taken under non-acquired (non-conditional)
reflex; whereas in applied Biology this defence mechanism of organism or cells has been taken as driving tools of development
under the concepts of "Mutation or survival of the fittest.
Today, it has also been established that adequate external
or internal stimuli alone or jointly can cause functional or morphological change in genes dealing even with fixed and strong
(dominant) characteristics of any cells, tissues, organ, organs, systems of organism as a whole. Under such circumstances
the concern sects of defence mechanism become inadequate or inefficient to protect from on going anomaly developments. Sometimes,
this defence mechanism does over come even some highly provocating stimuli causing major damages to some organs or Tissues
but without introducing substantial cytogenetical disbalances capable of causing Autoimmunosuppressive action to the target
cells/Tissues/organs or systems. Supportive examples of such incidence of defence mechanism are Hypertrophy of the contralateral
organs (in case of Nephrectomy) & regeneration of residual parts of organs (upto 60% resected liver or amputed tail of
reptile). In contrary to this, when the defence mechanism is taken away to cause auto immunosuppressive action in responce
to certain stimuli effecting cytogenetical integrity between the cells and surrounding tissues wherein the regeneration phenomenon
loss Cytogenetical autonomous control, it is expressed in terms of over growth ( Tumours, cancers) and dysplasia, or atrophy
or anaplasia of cells and organs. Before such 'end phase' of pathomorphological/pathophysiological expressions takes place
there are developments like transient and intermediate changes in the target cells/tissues/organs capable of manifesting a
number of pathological symptoms of benign and specific nature, e. g. invasation of microbes may be expressed as pain and hyperthermia
(fever), haematological, dermatological neurovascular or biochemcal changes in the body as vivid expression of defence mechanism.
Depending on the mode and nature of pathogens'/pathological stimuli the degree of defence reaction of organism (body)
varies. Accordingly specific proteins' peptide fractions appear in the blood stream. Among such numerous molecular changings
appearance of ALFA, BETA & GAMA protein's petide fractions ( see fig. 1) plays great role in the diagnosis and treatment
of diseases curable by this Autopathy art of medical science. The quantity and nature of ALFA , BETA & GAMA proteins'
peptide fractions are different depending on the type, severity, chronicity of the pathological stimuli, but their deposits
in vitro-test tube always acquire defenite place and distinguishable tincture.
Based on the Autopathic concept of medical
treatment the First Type of curable diseases is accordingly divided in to three groups - 1. -ALFA proteins' peptide Fraction
dependent group of Diseases (Infectious diseases) 2. - BETA proteins' peptide Fraction dependent group of Diseases (Diseases
caused by toxins) 3. - GAMA proteins' peptide Fraction dependent groups of Diseases (Diseases caused by allergic mechanism
of action).
Apart from the macromolecular changes in the Organism, Micromolecualr changes also take place in response
to the pathological stimuli. As autopathy medical tools of diagnosis these pathogenetical Micromoles are easily detected in
Bio-excreta, specially, in Urine (see fig. 5). So far, it has been noticed that such pathogenetical micromoles, in cluding
some macromoles (as Bense-Jhone-protein or Albumin), can be easily made distinguisable by subjecting Urine to Oxidation or
reduction process. Depending on pathological process in side the Organism expression of the defence Mechanism under such circumstance
either changes the colour of Urine or ensures precipitation of varied nature but characteristic for given sets of pathomechamism.
Sometimes without manifesting the above noted changes in urine glowing stars or only fine cotton thread like structures appear,
which also confirm presence of particular diseases in the organism.
Biological excreta (Urine) helps in diagnosis and
treatment of diseases which, more often, are inadequate or inefficient out comes of some given sets of defence mechanisms.
In
'First Group' of curable diseases falling under Autopathy medical course of treatment, basically, are ALFA ,BETA &
GAMA protein's peptide fractions' dependent groups only; whereas, in the 'Second Group' come all other kinds of diseases
except the above noted groups of diseases. In some cases, when the defence mechanism badly suffers resulting in formation
of sufficient quantity of micromoles, the First Group Diseases also express vivid changings in Urine expressed in terms of
discolouration or precipitations under the influence of oxidation or reduction process.
Among many unknown but specific
changes in Urine, -appearance of Albumin, Bense-Jhone protein (see Fig-6), urates, fructose, sugar, Eosinophilic stars' glow,
bilirubin, (see Fig.5) Indole, port-wine tincture (see Fig. 6) discolourations, etc. is favourable diagnostic means for a
number of specific and non-specific diseases.
With diagnostic points of view, in Autopathy all the diseases of human
organism can be categorised as noted under: -
A. ALFA, BETA & GAMA proteins' peptide fractions dependent,
or with sufficient formation of macromolecules in the blood stream; e.g. Bronchial Asthma or situation with changes in body
resistance & immunity.
B. Only Micromoles producing and detectable through changings in Urine-biological Excretas,
e.g. sugar metabolism disturbance or UTI etc.
C. Macro-Micromoles producing diseases adequately detectable in Urine
and blood both, e.g. malignant process with secondary spread, etc.
D. Diseases, which either do not manifest with production
of additional micro-Macromoles in the organism, or its formation are not detected by the help of present tools of diagnosis
in the Autopathy medical sciences e. g. Schizophrenia, etc.
